1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the abe8 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses or uses any part of the website at abe8.app or any associated service, mobile interface, or application. By continuing to use abe8, you affirm your acceptance of these Terms in their entirety.

abe8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and abe8. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to abe8 and participation in any real-money gambling activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be the registered account holder and must not allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close associate of abe8 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from the platform or from gambling services generally at the time of registration or during account use.

Age Verification

abe8 applies a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any time abe8 deems necessary, you will be required to submit valid identity documents including, but not limited to, a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming your date of birth and residential address in Bangladesh.

If you are found to be under 18 years of age at any point, abe8 will immediately suspend your account, freeze all balances, and take appropriate action including referral to relevant authorities where required. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

3 Account Registration & Security

To participate in real-money gambling at abe8, you must create a single registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on abe8. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, a family member's credentials, or via any other method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, abe8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein. Duplicate account bonuses are non-payable.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. abe8 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform. You must notify abe8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

abe8 will never ask you to provide your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

KYC Document Submission

As part of our commitment to player security and anti-money laundering compliance, abe8 may request the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account in your name, bank statement header)
• Source of funds declaration for large deposits or withdrawals above ৳50,000

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 days of the request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is completed. Prolonged non-compliance may result in account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the abe8 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abe8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be added or removed at abe8's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic revision. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your abe8 balance within seconds of successful confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times and may take up to one business day to reflect in your account.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• abe8 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they are eligible for withdrawal unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless a specific exception is approved by the abe8 payments team. Before any withdrawal is processed, your KYC verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing with no outstanding security flags.

• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed instantly during supported operating hours (7am – 11pm BST).
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day following KYC clearance.
• abe8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳25,000.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as detailed in the relevant promotion's terms.
• abe8 does not charge a withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

abe8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria of each offer.
• Each promotion will specify a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period after which any unclaimed or unmet bonus balance will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Players are permitted to claim one welcome bonus per household, device, and payment method.
• abe8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or manipulation of game mechanics to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.

Welcome Bonus

New players at abe8 may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit. The exact bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit amount, wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period are detailed on the active promotion page. The welcome bonus is available to players making their first deposit from Bangladesh using a verified payment method in their own name.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

abe8 partners with leading game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi to offer a library of over 1,200 casino games and sports betting markets. Each game is subject to the official rules published by its respective provider. In the event of any discrepancy between the game interface and the provider's published rules, the provider's rules shall prevail.

Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, communications failure, or any other technical error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, abe8 reserves the right to void all affected rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. abe8 will not be held liable for any winnings that arise from or are associated with a technical malfunction.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the abe8 platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 18 or on behalf of a person under 18.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name or using stolen financial credentials.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities through the abe8 platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to abuse promotional offers.
• Attempting to access the platform using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic or identity restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards abe8 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Sharing or selling your abe8 account credentials to any third party.

abe8 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all accounts and transactions continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by our security team. Players found to be in breach of this section will not receive a refund of any deposits or balances held in the closed account if the closure is a direct result of a Terms violation.

8 Account Closure, Suspension & Termination

Either party — you or abe8 — may initiate the closure of a player account. The conditions and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the closure and the circumstances under which it occurs.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your abe8 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your registered payment method. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform our support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied across the platform.

abe8-Initiated Suspension or Closure

abe8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious account activity.
• Identification of the account holder as being under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the account was opened in a jurisdiction where abe8's services are prohibited.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same player identity.
• Non-compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months. abe8 will make reasonable efforts to contact you at your registered email address before applying a dormant account policy. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances after the applicable notice period. abe8 will not deduct a fee that results in a negative balance.

Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use abe8's self-exclusion feature. Self-exclusion can be activated by contacting [email protected] and requesting a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion.
